7 HENRIETTA STREET [DOORS OF DUBLIN]

Believe it or not this was once one of the largest houses in Dublin and by today's standards it would be equivalent to eight average middle-class 3-bedroom houses. Until the 1960s it had housed a family in each room and more than 100 people were recorded living in this building in 1916.

Early in 2017 the housed was placed on the market for €850k but back before the property crash in 2008 the asking price was €3.25m. If you had the cash you would have needed at least €1.5m in order to restore the building.
