Air BnB - Hanover Quay Dublin Docklands

Air BnB Head Office In Dublin

SORRY FOR THE DELAY
6 to 8 Hanover Quay is a building of architectural & historical interest and consists of three derelict warehouse buildings within the Grand Canal basin in Dublin 2. The buildings were constructed in circa 1800 and had a number of uses over their lifetime including manufacturing, industrial and storage.

The existing building fabric is constructed of calpe limestone with brick surrounds and granite dressings to the various opes and doorways. The building is 2 story over basement which include various mezzanine floors constructed of a mixture of timber joists with floor boards and in-situ concrete slabs.

The project involves the construction of the shell & core works of a 3 story office block that will on completion of a tenant fit-out become the head office of Air BnB.
