SPRING GARDENS ALLEY

Spring Gardens in Waterford was designd by Respond Housing Association and constructed by South East Construction in 1992. The estate was built with the support of Waterford City Council and kindly funded by the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. Spring Gardens contains 25 homes for families, older people and those with special needs.
