MIEKO KING TO RE-OPEN AS A VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT

Many restaurants are re-opening on Monday [29 June 2020] but a friend of mine who owns a restaurant claims that at least twenty percent will not survive the year.

Today I was informed that Mieko King on Capel street will reopen on Monday but as a Vietnamese restaurant which surprised me and also delighted me. Back in April 2015 Hanoi Hanoi was established as an excellent Vietnamese restaurant and I really liked it and it was popular with my friends but within two years it was reconfigured as a Chinese Restaurant because the clientele was mainly Chinese and wanted Dim Sum. Not long after became Mr Ding and it was an excellent Hong Kong style restaurant which continued until late in 2019 when it closed for a few weeks before becoming Mieko King and then the Covid-19 lockdown happened.
