CHURCH OF THE MOST PRECIOUS BLOOD

CHURCH OF THE MOST PRECIOUS BLOOD

As in now normally the case these days I was unable to gain access to the interior of this church ... maybe I need to visit early in the morning.

A large-scale mid-twentieth-century church executed in a Romanesque style serving the post-war suburb of Cabra. The granite façade and Romanesque detailing are accentuated by the pronounced vertical emphasis of this building. The plain interior has subtle Art Deco details and a lofty nave. The church is an important focal point for the local community.
