WHO IS CHARLIE TAYLOR

Bespoke polished concrete steps, furniture and hard landscaping from Cassidy Bros is attracting much attention at The Sorting Office on Cardiff Lane in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks. However, what caught my attention was what appeared a sculpture in the form of a plaque which features the image of a child on a swing and the text "The Sorting Office for Charlie Taylor". Unfortunately I cannot determine who Charlie Taylor could be so at this stage I cannot determine the purpose of this attractive metal plaque.
